Please understand that we cannot provide you with all products free of charge and will charge you for the time being.

We offer you the possibility to return the SAMPLES if you are not satisfied. It has to be within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Provided that the following criteria are met.

Conditions for returning samples:

• The return request must be submitted no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods
• All goods must be unused and undamaged
• Everything must be in their original shipping packaging. Safe for transport and in their original packaging (i.e. including protective films, protective materials, lashing straps, etc.).

Once the return has arrived and been checked in our warehouse, we will then credit you with the value of the goods.

Our central warehouse for the European area is located near Prague, about 170 km from the German border. From there we organize deliveries to over 25 countries.

Germany:

• Order value up to €250 (excluding VAT): Flat rate €24.95 net
• Order value from €250.01 to €499.99 (excluding VAT): €19.95 net
• Order value €500 and above (excluding VAT): Free shipping

Shipping Costs to the following EU countries (The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and France): Flat rate €39.95 net excluding VAT.

Shipping outside the EU (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia): Upon request, depending on customs fees, size, weight of the shipment, and distance. Shipping costs will be calculated manually.

Shipping Costs to the following EU countries (Spain, Greece, Portugal, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Sweden, and Finland): Upon request, depending on the size, weight of the shipment, and distance. Shipping costs will be calculated manually.

Shipping costs include insurance, transport, tolls, CO₂ surcharge, and packaging.

For orders in smaller quantities, shipping costs may vary, requiring manual processing. Please send your order to info@hotelbedarf-online.de for a personalized calculation.

You can specify a shipping and delivery address different from your billing address. You have the option to do so in the order process when entering your contact details.

Orders and deliveries are possible within EU. Delivery is usually made with the parcel service provider DHL, TNT, Dachser, UPS, DPD, GLS and FedEx. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are delivered from our warehouse to the address you specify (curbside).

With the handover of the goods ordered by you to the carrier or forwarding agent, we have fulfilled our contractual obligations and the risk is transferred to you. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible

Please clarify all returns with us in advance in writing or by telephone. In the event of complaints and returns, please ask us for the appropriate shipping address. Shipments not prepaid will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping exclusively to the specified sender address.
