Please understand that we cannot provide you with all products free of charge and will charge you for the time being.

We offer you the possibility to return the SAMPLES if you are not satisfied. It has to be within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Provided that the following criteria are met.

Conditions for returning samples:

• The return request must be submitted no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods
• All goods must be unused and undamaged
• Everything must be in their original shipping packaging. Safe for transport and in their original packaging (i.e. including protective films, protective materials, lashing straps, etc.).
• A return takes place in principle only with sufficient franking to our postal address:

Once the return has arrived and been checked in our warehouse, we will then credit you with the value of the goods.

Our central warehouse for the European area is located near Prague, about 170 km from the German border. From there we organize deliveries to over 25 countries.

Germany:

For a value of goods (net, without VAT) up to 180 € we charge a flat rate of 29,90. A value of € 180 – € 350 net we charge only 19,90 € net for shipping costs.

From a net value of 350 € net we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany to your doorstep.

Shipping costs to the following EU countries: Austria, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, CZ, Slovenia and Poland: flat rate 39,95 € net plus VAT.

Shipping outside the EU:

Shipping costs for all other EU countries and outside the EU (including Switzerland) on request!

Freight costs in general: We only charge you the actual shipping and freight costs. These result only from the packaging of your order. The shipping and freight costs are shown separately on your invoice.

The shipping costs include insurance, transport and packaging.

You can specify a shipping and delivery address different from your billing address. You have the option to do so in the order process when entering your contact details.

Orders and deliveries are possible within EU. Delivery is usually made with the parcel service provider DHL, TNT, Dachser, UPS, DPD, GLS and FedEx. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods are delivered from our warehouse to the address you specify (curbside).

With the handover of the goods ordered by you to the carrier or forwarding agent, we have fulfilled our contractual obligations and the risk is transferred to you. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by force majeure or other circumstances for which we are not responsible

Note on returns:

Please clarify all returns with us in advance in writing or by telephone. In the event of complaints and returns, please ask us for the appropriate shipping address. Shipments not prepaid will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping exclusively to the specified sender address. Please note: Our address in Berlin is only the administrative headquarters, no goods are accepted here! Thank you for your understanding.
